Ready for Raw is a 15-session course. You can go at your own pace, and you'll learn everything about how to adapt to a healthy high-raw diet in a way that works for you.
You can go as fast or slow as you like, but I recommend completing one session per week, which would mean that the whole course takes you four months. And, of course, you can go back and review sessions as many times as you want.
By the end, you’ll be confident in the kitchen, and eating well will be as easy and fun for you as it's become for me.
