Typically, to participate in a raw food training, you have to spend a lot of money and even take time away from home and work. Even a single specialty food prep class held in your own neighborhood can be expensive—if you’re lucky enough to find one!
It's always struck me as crazy that prohibitive costs and logistical issues prevent most people from receiving any training in how to prepare delicious, health-sustaining foods.
I want to remove those barriers and put all my years of experience to use in a way that reaches everybody.
