I spent a long time thinking that my health issues (skin problems, trouble sleeping, aches and pains, weight gain, mood swings, lack of energy) were "just me and the hand I'd been dealt." But it wasn't just me… and a lot of your struggles aren't just you, either.

Based on my personal experience and what I've observed in many others who've changed their dietary ways, I'm convinced that eating plenty of raw, natural foods can help just about anyone feel healthier, happier, and more energetic.

So, What Exactly is this Training?

Ready for Raw is a 15-session course that you have access to for a year (and even longer if you decide to renew). You can go at your own pace, and you'll learn everything about how to adapt to a healthy high-raw diet in a way that works for you.

You can go as fast or slow as you like, but I recommend completing one session per week, which would mean that the whole course takes you four months. And, of course, you can go back and review sessions as many times as you want.
